When a foodie is in Phoenix, consider these delights!

Los Dos Molinos

 8646 S Central Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85042

(the location near South Mountain, cause its in an adobe constructed location with lots of gaudy decor to charm your senses!)

This place is New Mexican style cuisine and they pack heat into their dishes with New Mexican chilies.

The Rum Bar at Breadfruit

108 E Pierce St

Phoenix, AZ 85004

I love the feel and Caribbean modern design of this place. The drinks and the food are tasty and quite unique to your palate (if you haven't been one to hang out in the Caribbean much)

Flower Child

100 E Camelback Rd Phoenix, AZ 85012

For casual and healthy fare, check out my new favorite, Flower Child with more than one location in the city. This place is a vintage farm house, counter order style, and the food is flavor filled and still you don't feel guilt swallowing down every easy bite!

Chino Bandido

15414 N 19th Ave, Ste K, Phoenix, AZ 85023

For some quick, affordable and still flavorful taste of East meets Mexican, or in their translation, food that is like a "Chinese Panda becomes a Mexican Bandito". Hop on in for a mixed plate at Chino Bandido. You get to sample all of their meats before you finalize your choice too!

Phoenix Public Market

721 N Central Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85004

Saturdays 8am-1pm and Wednesday evenings.

For a taste of local life and local made and farmed items take a stroll around the Farmer's market and sample all the booths! I love farmers markets because you get a feel for the city and the people you are visiting.
