Look up The Grove in Austin, Texas. We just ate there last night. It's a wine bar and restaurant with outdoor seating under a large oak tree with lights.
We had their roasted tomato and shrimp bisque (perfect blended flavors with a touch of heat). Horseradish crusted salmon was pretty great too. Oh and the wines, good !

4 hour drive to Dallas today. It's a beautiful and sunny day!
